Every inbox.One brain.
GoAI answers your customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, the phone and six more channels, in the language they wrote in.
Hover, tap or tab to a part of the brain to see what it does.
Sample questions, with answers written in advance. Not a live assistant.
Want to ask it your own question?
It answers from your prices, your timetable and your rules, not from a page of samples.
Nine ways in. One assistant.
Your customer picks the channel. The same assistant answers, with the same rules and the same memory.
It answers in the language they wrote in.
Real exchanges. The assistant follows the customer, not a site-wide setting, and it stops when a request needs a person.
- في حصة بكرة الصبح؟ وفيه مكان؟22:41
Is there a class tomorrow morning? Is there space?
- إي، عندنا حصة 7:30 الصبح وفيه مكان. الحجز عند الفريق، أقول لهم يحجزون لك؟22:41
Yes, there is a 7:30 class and there is space. Booking is with the team. Shall I ask them to book it for you?
- إي، قولي لهم22:42
Yes, tell them.
- تم، قلت للفريق وبيأكدون لك حجز 7:30.22:42
Done. I have told the team and they will confirm your 7:30 place.
It knows your Tuesday. It cannot move it.
Your timetable, your spaces and your members’ packages are the answers customers actually want at midnight. GoAI reads all of them, and has no way to change a single one.

You are handing over the answers, not the keys.
Every question a customer asks at midnight is a lookup. Every action that changes something is still a person, in your own app, in the morning. The rows above are one Pilates studio’s. The same read-only connection is shaped to whatever system your own business already runs.
What it takes to start.
You give it your prices, your timetable and your rules.
In whatever format your team already keeps them. You can change all of it yourself afterwards.
It answers, on every channel, in their language.
Arabic or English, chat or phone, from the first day it goes live.
When it cannot, a person gets the conversation.
With a timer running, on a screen your staff already have open.
It knows when to stop.
Our team will take it from here.
Refunds, complaints, anything it was not given rules for. It tells the customer the team will take it from here, puts the conversation in a queue your staff see, and stops answering until they have replied.
Everything it did, on one screen.
The portal opens on one question: does anyone need you? When nobody does, it says so in those words.

What we still need to tell you
Contract length and any setup fee are not stated here yet. Ask during the demo and we will put them in writing.
Questions we get asked.
How long until it is answering?
Usually under a week. Most of that week is not ours: our part starts when we have your prices, your timetable and your rules, and it ends as soon as we have put them in. We tell you exactly what we need on the first call.
What happens if I go over my voice minutes?
The Complete package includes 1,000 minutes a month. After that it is 0.80 QAR a minute. Nothing switches off and nothing slows down. You can see where you stand against the month at any time, and we tell you before it turns into a surprise.
What if it invents an answer?
It is built to stop rather than guess. A question outside what you gave it does not get a plausible sentence. It gets a person. The assistant says the team will take it from here, puts the conversation in a queue your staff see, and stops answering until they have replied. Every question it could not answer is written down, so a gap gets filled once instead of being apologised for every week.
Can it book, cancel or refund anything?
No. It reads. It can tell a member how many sessions she has left and when her next class is. It cannot book her in, move her, cancel her or refund her. Every change stays with your team, in the system you already use. That is a decision, not a feature we have not got to yet.
Can I change what it says once it is live?
Yes. Your prices, your timetable, your rules and the way it answers are all yours to edit, in your own portal. You send the edit to us, we check it breaks nothing, and it goes live, usually within a day. A change applies everywhere it answers, not one channel at a time.
Does it work with the booking system we already use?
It reads yours through a connection shaped to it, which is how a member gets her own timetable and her own balance instead of a general answer. If you do not run a system like that, it still answers everything you have given it: prices, hours, timetable, rules. It simply cannot look up one named person.
What do my staff have to do differently?
Watch one screen. When the assistant hands a conversation over, it lands there with a timer running, so nobody has to spot a message to know it is waiting. There is no app to install and nothing to learn beyond that screen.
Who can see my customers' conversations?
You, your staff, and us. Your team reads them in your own portal. We can see them from our side too, because somebody has to be able to diagnose a bad answer or a message that did not send, and we would rather say so than let you find out later. Nobody else can: every client is a separate tenant with its own data and its own assistant, so one business can never reach another's. What we keep, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to delete are written out in the privacy policy.
Is the Arabic real, or English put through a translator?
Real. It answers in whichever language the customer wrote in, on chat and on the phone, and it is written for how people here actually ask rather than translated afterwards. If someone switches language halfway through, it switches with them.
What kind of business is this for?
Any business that answers the same questions all day: prices, hours, what is included, whether there is space tomorrow. If your answers live in a price list, a timetable and a set of rules, it fits. Two studios run on it today. It is a poor fit if every enquiry you get is unlike the last one.
Our clients.
Two studios in Doha. Their customers message at any hour, and get answered.
Book a demo.
Tell us where to reach you. We will get back to you on WhatsApp, usually the same day.
Your number stays with us. Nothing is set up until you say so.
